Software Development Company · Dhaka, Bangladesh
Modern software built in Dhaka, delivered worldwide.
Renovative Lab is a Dhaka-based software development company that ships production platforms in logistics, healthcare, ERP, and sustainability. We work with founders, enterprises, and institutions who need software that performs in the real world, not just in a slide deck.
What we build
Full-cycle product engineering, from the first conversation through long-term operation. We pick technologies for fit, not fashion.
Custom platforms & SaaS
Multi-tenant web applications, internal tools, and customer-facing platforms — architected for clarity, monitoring, and long-term maintenance.
Modernisation & integration
Replatforming legacy systems, untangling integrations, and bringing operations into one coherent workflow — without a multi-year rebuild.
AI-enabled business solutions
Practical machine learning and automation embedded in real business processes — document extraction, classification, anomaly detection, decision support.
Reliable operations
Infrastructure, monitoring, security baseline, and on-going engineering support so the platform you launch keeps working three years from now.
Who we work with
A few patterns of teams we typically partner with.
- Founders building a first serious product and needing senior engineering execution
- Enterprises in Bangladesh and South Asia modernising operational software
- Healthcare, logistics, hospitality, and ERP businesses needing tailored platforms
- International teams looking for a credible Dhaka-based delivery partner
- NGOs and institutions digitising programmes that previously ran on spreadsheets
- Investors and accelerators looking for technical due diligence and execution support
Why teams choose Renovative Lab
Production track record, senior involvement, and a clear way of working.
Real products in production
ONKO ERP and Movz Logistics aren't case-study mockups — they are platforms we operate and improve.
Senior team, low overhead
You talk to the engineers and designers building your platform. No handover layers, no rotating account managers.
Modern, maintainable stacks
TypeScript, React, Node, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS, Python/ML where it earns its place. Boring where boring wins.
Outcomes over headcount
Engagements are scoped to specific shipping milestones, not staffing models. You see progress, not invoices.
Dhaka-based, internationally aware
We operate in local context but write, design, and architect for international standards.
Sustainability literacy
Every platform we ship considers operational efficiency, footprint, and long-term cost — not as an add-on, but as a default.
Frequently asked questions
Where is Renovative Lab based?
Our office is at House 22, Golartek, Mirpur-1, Dhaka 1216, Bangladesh. We work with clients across Bangladesh, South Asia, Europe, and beyond — most communication happens remotely with in-person sessions as needed.
What kinds of software do you build?
Custom web applications and SaaS platforms, internal operational tools, ERP and back-office systems, mobile applications, AI-enabled features, and integrations between business systems. We do not build mass-market consumer apps or short-lived marketing sites — we focus on serious operational software.
Which industries do you have experience in?
Logistics (Movz), legal and business compliance (UrBizSol), ERP and commerce operations (ONKO), hospitality, sustainability programmes, and NGO digitisation. Cross-industry patterns transfer well; deep vertical depth is built on engagement.
Do you work with startups or only established companies?
Both. We have built first products with founders and replatformed mature systems for enterprises. The common requirement is that the work is real — there are users, decisions, or operations on the line.
How do engagements typically start?
A short discovery conversation — usually 30 to 60 minutes — to understand context, constraints, and what success looks like. From there we propose a scoped first phase (often a tightly defined MVP, a discovery sprint, or a pilot) before any longer commitment.
What does pricing look like?
Engagements are scoped to outcomes and duration, not just headcount. Pricing is shared in writing after the scoping conversation so it reflects actual scope, not a generic rate card.
